Fall Delegates Meeting 2020
Due to the restrictions placed upon us by COVID-19, Fall Delegates Meeting will be virtual. Everyone is invited to login however, just like in person meetings only two delegates per club will be allowed to vote. You need to pre-register (see link below) to get your login information. The registration will identify who the voting delegates are so please register as soon as you can so we can better prepare for the meeting (each attendee must register separately).

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Prior to the meeting each registrant will receive an email containing written reports, handouts, voting instructions for delegates, etc.
Everyone must register to get your login, even if during the meeting you plan on sharing a device/computer. The board would prefer to meet in person however, due to the current issues and lack of meeting space we had to make the decision to go virtual. It was important we still meet with the membership and discuss any items necessary for the operation of the PNW4WDA. If you or your club has an event flyer you would normally put out at the meeting please email it to me and I will include it in the email to all participants a couple of days prior to the meeting. All participants will receive a email with the agenda, reports, etc.
